We work with Pathao, Redx, and SA Paribahan to ensure reliable delivery across all 64 districts of Bangladesh. Courier selection is based on your delivery zone to optimize speed and cost.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an SMS and email containing your tracking number. You can also view live tracking status from your account under My Orders at any time.
Subscription Box Shipping
All subscription boxes ship on the 1st business day of each month and include free delivery regardless of order value. Your first box ships on the 1st of the month after you subscribe.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If unsuccessful, the package returns to our warehouse and you will be contacted to arrange redelivery.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate and complete. Incorrect addresses may result in delivery delays or additional charges for redelivery.
